If you are looking to migrate or move your Sticky Notes in Windows OS to a new computer, just look here:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes
Copy the file from that location to the same location on your new PC. Launch Sticky Notes and you’re all set.
